Bree Ranieri
Bree is passionate about bringing forward insights and practical solutions to optimize clients’ desired results. Bree has served as a trusted advisor to leaders and demonstrated results in various leadership roles in public and privately held companies in the alcohol beverage, hospitality, manufacturing, and healthcare industries in Canada and the United States. Prior her coaching and consulting work, she served as the Global Vice President - People Development & Performance and Global HR M&A Lead for Molson Coors Brewing Company, where she was responsible for global talent management and learning & development for Molson Coors. She also led the global organizational design, change management, and HR integration work for the Molson Coors acquisition of SAB Miller’s U.S. business.
Bree has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. She is a Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
