Justine Gagnon
As a consultant, Justine is well known for her ability to help structure business visions that are backed by her operational experience. As a strategic partner, she has the ability to quickly and easily forge trusting business relationships. Prior to becoming a consultant, Justine fulfilled multiple roles internally, like General Manager - Employee Mobilization and Organizational Development for YellowPages and National Director - Business Transformation and HR for Molson Coors. In her early career, Justine also held sales and marketing positions at Procter & Gamble.
Justine has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master in Management, both from HEC Montreal. She has conducted research and co-published articles on change management with Céline Bareil. Justine is also part of the C2 Montreal facilitation team. Over the years, she has trained more than 600 executives and managers on change management and transformational leadership.
