Maude Royer

Maude cumulated ten years of experience in strategic HR planning and program implementation in the several areas including change management, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, talent development and HR systems. She believes in the importance of creating work environments where employees feel valued, constantly seek new challenges and embrace collaboration. Her experience spans across a variety of industries and organizational size within North America and globally including start up technology, commercial real estate, transportation and engineering companies such as SNC Lavalin.

Maude is highly skilled at assessing and planning HR operations and developing sustainable HR programs. She is fluent in English and French and conversational Spanish.

She has both a Human Resources Management Graduate Degree and Mini-MBA from McGill University, and a Bachelor degree in Political Science and International Relations and Graduate degree in Ergonomics and Health& Safety from UQAM. She also received an Organizational Development certification from HEC Montreal.
