Thomas Dutil
With more than five years of management consulting experience, Thomas has worked with many large Canadian organizations in various industries, such as aerospace, transport, banking, manufacturing, retail, and health care. He has extensive professional experience in sustainable development, cross-sector collaboration, impact assessment and entrepreneurship. Thomas has expertise in strategy and project and change management within complex private and public sectors.
Since joining Cotalent, Thomas has contributed to various organizational diagnostics, such as the development of organizational strategies and team coaching within a virtual context.
Prior to joining Cotalent as a consultant, Thomas participated in the implementation of complex and transformational technological solutions (ERP, payment applications, e-commerce solutions, CRM) at a firm specialized in organizational transformation.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science - International Relations and a Master of Science in Strategy from HEC Montreal. He has participated in several research projects about state-owned organizations with the HEC Montréal Chair of Management and the World and Society Research Chair, specialized in strategic management.
