Maude cumulated ten years of experience in strategic HR planning and program implementation in the several areas including change management, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, talent development and HR systems. She believes in the importance of creating work environments where employees feel valued, constantly seek new challenges and embrace collaboration. Her experience spans across a variety of industries and organizational size within North America and globally including start up technology, commercial real estate, transportation and engineering companies such as SNC Lavalin.
Thomas Dutil
With more than five years of management consulting experience, Thomas has worked with many large Canadian organizations in various industries, such as aerospace, transport, banking, manufacturing, retail, and health care. He has extensive professional experience in sustainable development, cross-sector collaboration, impact assessment and entrepreneurship. Thomas has expertise in strategy and project and change management within complex private and public sectors.
